Lupe Tortilla Mexican Restaurant Line Cook & Dishwasher $15 - $20/Hr.

Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older

Ability to obtain a food handler certification

Responsibilities:
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow safety and sanitation standards
Execution of recipes of plates and food preparation provided by Lupe Tortilla
Maintain workspace restocking area as needed
Clean and sanitize all dishware, pots, pans, silverware and glassware throughout the shift
Execute opening and closing procedures
Members of our kitchen team are responsible for creating the best tasting, most creative products from the highest quality ingredients, using the most precise methods. Additionally, they are the backbone of our restaurants and provide our team members with the cleanest equipment and highest-quality products to do their jobs effectively.
