Job Description
This position is responsible with providing caf customers with a quality product and experience. A Barista is a trained caf specialist with the ability to perform a variety of functions within the caf.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Create specialty coffee beverages
- Work cash register and balance cash drawer at end of shift
- Maintain a clean work space
- Ensure work areas and customer areas are stocked with supplies
- Performs small food prep
- Successfully complete and maintain required trainings
- Apply caf preparation, service and clean up per prescribed processes and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service
Skills and knowledge required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months or more food service experience preferred
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Work well in a team environment
- Flexible scheduling
Essential tasks:
- Create espresso and tea beverages
- Provide food preparation
- Clean and stock working spaces
- Customer service
