Pallottine Retreat & Conference Center is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our Food Service Team in a beautiful, mission-driven retreat setting. If you enjoy creating exceptional meals, mentoring employees, and making a meaningful impact through hospitality, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all kitchen operations and staff.
- Prepare and oversee quality meals for retreat and conference groups.
- Plan creative menus, including dietary accommodations.
- Schedule staff and manage daily kitchen workflow.
- Order food and supplies, maintain inventory, and manage food costs.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and ServSafe standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen.
- Foster a positive team culture focused on hospitality, quality, and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of kitchen management or commercial food service leadership experience.
- Experience preparing meals for large groups.
- ServSafe Manager Certification (or ability to obtain).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience with menu planning, inventory management, and food safety.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
