What Makes You a Great Fit
- 3+ years of progressive experience in a senior culinary leadership role (casual dining preferred)
- Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to train, lead, and inspire a team
- Strong planning, organization, and financial management skills
- Proficiency with technology (inventory systems, menu costing tools, MS Office)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in high heat/humidity environments
- Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends
