Established restaurant owners opening a new concept in Burleson looking for experienced Sous Chef's and a Kitchen Manager. This new location will have an elevated dining atmosphere and menu. A chef with Italian or Steakhouse experience, who has executed New Store Openings and can manage kitchen operations focusing on supervision, food preparation, and staff training would be an ideal fit.

Responsibilities

• Support new store launch activities and related culinary operations
• Supervise daily kitchen operations and manage kitchen staff
• Oversee food preparation to ensure consistency and quality
• Implement and uphold menu standards and recipe consistency
• Train and develop kitchen staff
