Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: $80,000$85,000

What We're Looking For:
Prior management experience in upscale or fine dining restaurants is required
Strong floor presence with a guest-first mindset
Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams
Experience driving service standards and operational execution
Comfortable working in a high-volume, polished environment
Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
Key Responsibilities:
Support daily restaurant operations and lead service execution
Mentor and develop front-of-house team members and managers
Maintain exceptional guest experience standards
