Job Description
Key Responsibilities - Prepare food according to standardized recipes and dietary/therapeutic diet specifications- Maintain food safety, portion control, and presentation standards- Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain a clean, sanitized cooking area- Communicate ingredient, equipment, or scheduling issues to the Kitchen Supervisor- Assist with inventory, food storage, and rotation as needed Requirements - Previous food service/cooking experience preferred- Ability to read recipes and follow written directions- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and push carts- ServSafe certification preferred- Ability to work indoors and/or outdoors depending on event needs Screening & Compliance (required prior to start, per NHVH contract terms) - Criminal background check (National Criminal Records Check or NH Release of Criminal Record Authorization)- BEAS State Registry check- OIG Exclusion List Screening (initial + monthly re-screening)- Conviction Disclosure Annual Attestation- Fitness-for-duty attestation; physical/drug test as applicable- NHVH policy and procedure review/attestation (at hire and annually)- Candidates may not be former NHVH employees without prior NHVH approval About Mfinite Consulting LLC Mfinite is a certified VOSB/WOSB/MBE staffing firm serving as employer of record handling payroll, taxes, and compliance so you can focus on the work.Mfinite Consulting LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
