Weekend Party Host

Type: Part-time, at-will (W-2)Hours: 1822 hrs/week; weekend-weighted (Fri, Sat, Sun)Pay: $11.00 to $13.00/hour (plus any guest tips)Reports to: Store Lead / OwnersWhat You'll DoSet up the party room before guests arrive - tables, decor, place settings and supplies.Greet the birthday family and be their go-to host for the whole event.Keep the party on schedule: play time, food time, cake and goodbye.Serve packaged food, drinks and cake; manage the party room and keep it tidy.Coordinate with floor staff so party guests flow safely through the play area.Reset and deep-clean the room between bookings.Help with field trips and full-store group bookings as needed.What We're Looking ForOutgoing, upbeat, and great at making kids and parents feel special.Organized and calm while juggling timing, food and a room full of excited kids.16 or older (1617 welcome, subject to Texas teen-work-hour rules).Reliable weekend availability (FriSun).Comfortable with a tablet/POS for add-on sales.Physical RequirementsAble to stand and move for full shifts, carry trays and supplies, and lift up to 25 lbs.How to ApplyWe hire and onboard through Gusto.
