Job Description
Responsible for maintaining a working knowledge of all kitchen functions including food purchasing, preparation and quality standards. Will oversee sanitation, cleanliness, training of new employees and supervising entire kitchen staff. Should be familiar with cooking, including line cook, plate presentation, portion and cost control. Ideal candidate is organized, enjoys working with and managing people, has at least two years experience in an industrial kitchen and is ServSafe Certified (or like certification).
