Position Details
- Position: Lead Cook
- Pay Rate: $36.00 per hour
- Shift: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
- Employment Type: Full-Time / Temporary / Contract
- Lead and coordinate kitchen staff during food preparation and service.
- Prepare meals while maintaining consistency and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Assist with inventory, ordering, and stocking of kitchen supplies.
- Train and mentor cooks and kitchen staff.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.
- Work closely with management to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Previous Lead Cook, Sous Chef, or supervisory kitchen experience required.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
- Ability to lead a team in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
