Fine Dining Line Cook

We are seeking an experienced, high-caliber Fine Dining Line Cook to join our elite culinary team. Our premier, multi-level venue features an elegant fine dining room, a busy casual floor, and a vibrant cocktail lounge. The ideal candidate thrives in an upscale environment, possesses advanced knife skills, and maintains absolute precision and flavor consistency during high-volume service periods.

• Hourly Wage: $18.00 $25.00 / hour (Based on fine dining experience).
• Position Type: Full-Time, Contract (No benefits provided)

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Execute dishes with precision and consistency.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned station.
• Ensure proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with prep work and inventory management.
• Work collaboratively with chefs and kitchen staff.

• 2+ years of line cook experience inside an upscale or fine dining scratch kitchen.
• Advanced knife skills, complex prep execution, and refined tasting palate.
• Comprehensive working knowledge of food safety, meat temperatures, and kitchen sanitation.
• High physical stamina to stand for long shifts and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Culinary school degree or apprenticeship is a strong plus but not required.

• Full-time schedule.
• Open availability for evenings, holidays, and weekends is strictly required.
