We are looking for energetic, dependable Team Members who thrive in a fast-paced environment, love great drinks, and bring positivity behind the counter every day. No previous barista experience required we will fully train you!
What Youll Do
Craft Quality Beverages: Learn to prepare traditional phin-brewed Vietnamese coffee, espresso drinks, specialty lattes, and handcrafted matcha with speed and accuracy.
Deliver Exceptional Hospitality: Welcome every guest with a warm, friendly attitude, take accurate orders, and guide first-time visitors through our menu.
Maintain Counter & Station Cleanliness: Keep the brew bar, espresso machine, register, and seating area spotless, organized, and stocked throughout your shift.
Handle Cash & POS Operations: Process customer transactions smoothly, manage register balances, and handle inquiries efficiently.
Support Daily Prep Needs: Help restock syrups, house-brewed bases, milk, and prepped items so service runs seamlessly during peak hours.
Adhere to Health & Safety Guidelines: Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations at all times.
Work Schedule & Requirements
Availability: Must be able to work full-time (40 hours per week), including weekends and late/closing shifts.
Experience: No experience needed! We are looking for great attitudes, strong work ethics, and a willingness to learn.
Key Skills: Ability to multitask, stay cool under pressure during busy rushes, and work well with a fast-moving team.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, move quickly, and lift up to 30 lbs.
