YOUR ROLE IN CREATING GERONIMOMENTS In this role, you'll be a key part of our team, ensuring that every guest leaves with a lasting impression. Your voice matters here-use it to build the future, make an impact, and continuously improve the guest experience. As the Bartender, you will serve customers and present great customer service by providing information to help with food and beverage selections, creating and presenting order choices, and maintain a great dining experience by promoting a warm and friendly atmosphere. WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKETake customers' food and drink ordersEnsure that all orders are accurate and delivered to each table in a timely mannerSuggest appetizers and meals to customers based on the menu and specialsMake and serve drinks following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standardsControl allocated guest checks by following established check-use procedures and legibly documenting all required information as the customer's order is taken and processedProcess payments from guests and ensures accuracy of guest check and method of payment in order to safeguard customer and companyCreate a pleasurable dining experience for all of our guests GHG24Requirements: WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEEDYou are of legal age to serve alcoholYou have basic math skills (able to add, subtract and count change back to customer)You have legible handwritingYou have strong customer service and oral communication skillsYou have a valid Operator's License YOU'LL STAND OUT IF YOU BRINGYou have wine experience and/or certificationYou have one year bartending experience MANDATORY REQUIREMENTU.S. Work Authorization (required).
