Hi-Collar / Five Spot Jazz is a Kissaten-style caf by day and a live jazz lounge and bar by night, offering guests an authentic blend of New York/Japanese caf culture!
Job Responsibilities:
Welcome and guide guests upon arrival
Manage reservations and efficiently assign seating
Maintain a smooth flow and comfortable environment in the caf
Respond to guest inquiries and special requests
Compensation:
Training period: $17.00/hour
Post-Training: $20 - $25/hour
Requirements:
Business-level English proficiency (need for customers and staff communication)
Must have a valid SSN or work visa
At least 1 year experience in Customer Service at Fine Dining Restaurant (Preferred)
