Our upscale dining concept in Harrisburg is looking for a Restaurant General Manager. The successful candidate will bring leadership experience in upscale dining, a commitment to service excellence, and the ability to oversee all aspects of restaurant operations.

What are we seeking?
- Experience: 2+ years of dedicated restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service environment. (Fast-casual/casual background will not be considered)
- People Development: Build a positive, growth-oriented culture to improve staff retention and drive P&L performance.
- Supply Chain & Mentorship: Partner directly with local growers and vendors to manage seasonal inventory and educate the team on ingredient integrity.
- Operational Ownership: Take full accountability for restaurant performance, resolving operational obstacles with a "business-owner" mindset.
- Community Leadership: Actively drive and manage community-facing initiatives and local charity partnerships.
