Barista

As a Barista at Desserts Etc., you'll be the face of our bakery and café, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Greeting all guests, both in-person and over the phone, with a positive and welcoming attitude.
• Learning and mastering all Desserts Etc. products, including our delicious food, beverages, and retail offerings.
• Maintaining our high standards for performance, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Upholding our reputation and ethos by following health and safety guidelines.
• Contributing to the overall cleanliness and organization of the retail floor and bakery.

We're seeking someone who brings energy, enthusiasm, and a love for customer service. To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar customer-facing role.
• A genuine interest in coffee and/or desserts, and creating a warm, welcoming environment.
• Strong communication skills to engage with guests and team members alike.
• The ability to work through Fall 2026 as part of our dedicated team.
