Tillinghast-designed 18-hole, par 70 golf course and twelve professionally maintained tennis courts. Just 35 minutes from Manhattan, the 217-acre property features scenic rolling hills, woodland views, emerald fairways, and beautifully manicured greens. Members enjoy a heated pool, children's pool, driving range, playground, pickleball and elegant grounds with a fountain and lush gardens. The club provides luxurious indoor and outdoor facilities, renowned cuisine, and attentive service for everyday dining and special events. Additional amenities include overnight rooms, banquet and meeting spaces, and an outdoor dining terrace with firepits

Role Description The Food Server is responsible for providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to members and guests in all dining areas. Day-to-day tasks include taking and delivering food and beverage orders. The role involves maintaining clean and organized workstations, setting and clearing tables, coordinating with the culinary and bar teams, and following all food safety and club service standards. The Food Server also supports events and banquets by assisting with setup, service, and breakdown, while ensuring a welcoming environment for all members and guests. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New York, NY.
Qualifications

Strong customer service skills with a commitment to creating positive member and guest experiences.
Experience in food & beverage and food service operations, preferably in a restaurant, club, or hospitality environment.
Clear and professional communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with members, guests, and colleagues
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift and carry trays, and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices; prior experience in upscale or fine dining service is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; previous country club or hospitality experience is an advantage.
