Location: Washington, DC & Northern Virginia
Salary: Up to $80,000 + Full Benefits + PTO

About the Role:
As General Manager, youll lead a team of 10-20 staff members, managing operations for a restaurant with $1.5M $2M in annual sales. This is a hands-on role where youll oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive team performance.

Proven experience in fast-casual or counter-service restaurant management
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
A hands-on approach to operations and a passion for delivering results
Experience managing sales in the $1.5M $2M range
