A luxury coastal hotel and spa is seeking a Chef de Cuisine to oversee daily kitchen operations across multiple dining outlets, including a signature Pacific Rim inspired restaurant, bar and grill, poolside dining, private dining, and an elevated lounge experience.

What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise kitchen teams across multiple food and beverage outlets

• Maintain consistent food quality, presentation, portion control, and sanitation standards

• Collaborate on menus that reflect local ingredients, creativity, and the property's culinary identity

• Oversee food preparation, production, inventory, ordering, and cost control

• Train, coach, and develop culinary team members

• Coordinate with service and F&B leadership to deliver seamless guest experiences

• Manage scheduling, payroll, performance evaluations, and kitchen procedures

• Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation standards

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of Chef de Cuisine experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or fine dining environment

• Proven experience managing kitchen operations and developing culinary teams

• Strong understanding of food quality, cost control, inventory, and production

• Creative approach to menu development and culinary execution

• Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi outlet environment

• Valid Food Handler Certificate

• Bilingual skills are a plus
