The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of restaurant management experience, strong line leadership skills, and experience preparing Asian-flavored dishes over an open-flame grill. This role requires a hands-on leader who values quality, team development, financial performance, and genuine hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily kitchen operations and maintain food and service standards

• Manage labor, food costs, scheduling, budgets, and profitability

• Recruit, coach, and develop a collaborative culinary team

• Partner with the General Manager and Executive Chef to resolve issues and improve performance

• Maintain high standards for food safety, cleanliness, consistency, and execution

Qualifications

• 4+ years of successful restaurant management experience

• Background in high-volume, scratch-kitchen, upscale, food-focused concepts

• Experience with Asian flavors and open-flame cooking

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Passion for hospitality, team development, and the local community
