BACK OF HOUSE TEAM MEMBER
Burgundy French Bakery & Cafe is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and motivated Back of House team member to join our bakery team!
We are looking for someone who is passionate about food, enjoys working with a team, and takes pride in producing high-quality French pastries and bakery products.
️ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Previous bakery, pastry, kitchen, or food service experience preferred
- Reliable and punctual
- Hardworking and motivated
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Passionate about baking, pastries, and food
- Able to follow recipes and instructions
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting as needed
- Food Handler Card required
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with daily pastry and bakery production
- Prepare ingredients and follow recipes
- Assist with baking, pastry preparation, and finishing
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Properly store and rotate ingredients
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Work closely with the pastry chefs and bakery team
