What We're Looking For
- Sous Chef or Executive Sous Chef experience in upscale or fine dining
- Strong high-volume, scratch-kitchen background
- Excellent culinary technique, quality, and presentation standards
- Proven ability to lead, train, and develop a culinary team
- Experience with food cost, labor, inventory, and ordering
- Strong organization and ability to execute during high-volume service
- Passion for hospitality and consistently delivering exceptional food
Compensation & Benefits
