Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food on the grill according to recipes and standards
• Prepare ingredients and assist with daily food preparation
• Monitor food quality and cooking temperatures
• Maintain a clean and organized cooking area
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
• Assist other kitchen staff with daily operations

Requirements:

• Previous grill or cooking experience preferred
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player

Schedule: Varies depending on location and assignment
