Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake breads, pastries, desserts, and other baked goods
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product quality
- Prepare and organize ingredients and baking supplies
- Maintain clean and sanitized baking equipment and work areas
- Properly store ingredients and finished products
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures
- Assist with other kitchen and food service duties as needed
- Previous baking or kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work well as part of a team
