Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook grilled foods according to recipes and established standards
- Operate grills, fryers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment safely
- Prepare ingredients and set up the grill station before service
- Monitor food temperatures, quality, and cooking times
- Maintain proper portion sizes and presentation standards
- Keep the grill station and surrounding kitchen areas clean and organized
- Store and label food properly to maintain freshness and food safety
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service
- Previous grill cooking or professional kitchen experience preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Ability to safely handle kitchen equipment and hot surfaces
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work well as part of a team
