- Prepare and cook grilled food according to recipes and specifications
- Monitor food temperatures, quality, and cooking times
- Prepare ingredients and maintain an organized cooking station
- Keep grills, cooking equipment, and work areas clean and sanitized
- Assist with food preparation and other kitchen duties as needed
- Properly store food and supplies
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
- Work efficiently during busy meal periods
- Previous grill or kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to follow recipes and food safety procedures
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
