Job Description
Lead the day-to-day culinary operation of a high-volume, dinner-only fine-dining steakhouse in Cleveland with a strong events and wine program. The Chef de Cuisine will oversee every dinner service and private event while ensuring exceptional quality, consistency, and fine-dining presentation standards. Salary starts at $90,000 plus bonus, with 75% of medical coverage and relocation assistance considered.
Responsibilities
- Lead every dinner service and private event.
- Lead, schedule, and develop sous chefs and line staff.
- Maintain fine-dining standards for food quality, consistency, and plating.
- Manage ordering, inventory, food cost, and labor.
- Oversee food safety and sanitation.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Chef de Cuisine, Executive Sous Chef, or Executive Chef in a fine-dining steakhouse.
- Experience managing a high-volume, event-heavy operation.
- Strong leadership and staff training record.
- Ability to relocate to Cleveland if not currently local.
