Job: Sous Chef - High-Volume Mediterranean Restaurant
Location: Nashville, TN
Pay: $65,000 - $75,000 per year

Aba, a Lettuce Entertain You restaurant, is hiring experienced Sous Chefs for one of the busiest full-service kitchens in Nashville. If you thrive in a fast-paced, upscale, high-volume environment, taking a step into Lettuce/Aba is taking a step forward.
What you'll do:
- Lead daily kitchen operations alongside the Executive Chef and CDC
- Maintain quality and consistency during high-volume service
- Train, coach, and hold line cooks to high standards
- Support ordering, inventory, food cost, and sanitation standards
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of salaried Sous Chef experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Upscale restaurant background (not fast casual or casual)
- Cafeteria, country club, school, nursing home, or contract kitchen experience does not qualify for this role
- Strong leadership, organization, and composure under pressure
