We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Line Cook/Sous Chef to support and lead our kitchen operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role requires precision, efficiency, and strong leadership skills to ensure daily execution meets our quality and performance standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing high-volume kitchen operations with accuracy and efficiency
• Lead, motivate, and support a team of kitchen professionals
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail while multitasking effectively
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and safety standards are met
• Set a positive example through professionalism, responsibility, and teamwork
  

Qualifications:

• Strong culinary background
• Hard-working, reliable, and highly motivated
• Proven ability to lead and collaborate with a kitchen team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Friendly, energetic attitude with strong communication skills
• Availability for AM and PM shifts, with scheduling flexibility
