Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dining Room Manager based in Cincinnati, OH. The Dining Room Manager will oversee the dining room operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Responsibilities include managing food and beverage service, supervising staff, training new employees, and maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment. The role also involves coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests. Qualifications Customer Service skills to ensure an exceptional guest experience Experience in Food & Beverage management and Food Service operations Expertise in staff Training and supervision Basic Cooking skills and knowledge of food safety and hygiene Excellent organizational and leadership abilities Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Previous management experience in a restaurant is a plus
