The qualified applicant should have practice as a productive, organized, and caring line cook for our high-volume kitchen. You should be confident in maintaining enthusiastic teams. Desired Responsibilities: Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities Help in managing the team Help to arrange for equipment maintenance and repairs and weekly/monthly deep cleans Give prepared plates the final touch Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers Fluent in best practices food control, including daily temp checks and line checks for am/pm shifts Fully understand and comply with all federal, state, county, and municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety, cleanliness, and labor requirements of the restaurant, employees, and guests.
