About the Role The Regional Manager is responsible for leadership, management, top-line sales growth and achievement of operational excellence for assigned franchisees. Ensures ACE franchisees comply with food safety requirements, ACE standards and retailer requirements, while delivering excellent service. You'll be excited about this opportunity because you will Lead efforts to grow top-line sales through focusing on same store sales increases, increasing the sale of raw materials (through contract compliance efforts), training and coaching franchisees on proper product mix and product display and proper sampling procedures for an assigned region. Conduct store visits with the purpose of ensuring contract compliance including but not limited to purchasing raw materials from the Company and optimizing the display case. Ensure ACE products are visually appealing and that sampling is done to promote sales. Develop strong working relationships with our retail partners to ensure that ACE remains the brand of choice. Ensure government regulations and licensing requirements are met, i.e. - business licenses, food handler certificates and health permits, to ensure sales continue. Investigate and resolve any non-compliance issues. Conduct research on competitor's development and retail price trends. Provide training to new and existing chefs on current products and procedures as needed. Support new store openings as leader onsite coordinating training, supplies, setup and execution. Roll sushi and train franchisees on technique, recipe, and food safety practices, as well as cover stores for franchisees as needed. And you have A Bachelor's Degree in culinary, hospitality or a related field preferred Minimum 5 years' experience leading and managing direct reports Minimum 3 years' experience in managing multi-unit operations in restaurant, quick service or retail food environment Proven ability to direct, coach and train others Comprehensive knowledge of food safety/HACCP principals Prior experience as a sushi chef or working in an Asian food concept experience preferred ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to travel 80 to 90% of the time within geographic region You'll love working here because we Are a successful, fast-growing company with a start-up work vibe.
