Forsyth Country Club is a 111-year-old member owned Club located in Winston-Salem, NC, and is seeking highly motivated and experienced banquet and grill servers for its newly renovated banquet space. FCC completed $6 million in major facilities projects in 2023 to include a complete renovation of the clubhouse main level banquet facilities and kitchen, ladies member locker room, and employee locker rooms. As a member of the banquet and grill staff, food and beverage service is provided to members and their guests. Setting up and breaking down for events is also a job function. Position Summary: Ensures member and guest satisfaction standards are consistently attained; Prepares event spaces for functions. Ensures member experience is executed at the highest level. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Requires an acute knowledge of service techniques Motivated, efficient in time management and decision-making Proficient with Point of Sale Systems. Computer skills required for electronic systems in place for inventory management and reporting functions Skilled at staff and member interaction, must have good communication skills and a dynamic, outgoing personality Ability to demonstrate proper banquet wine service Education, Certification/License and Experience: High School Degree Required A minimum of two years service/bar experience preferred Benefits includes: Holiday pay, FREE employee meals, referral program and Club sponsored 401K.
