More information is available at . Who are we hiring? During Arena events, the Madison Club Server Assistant works at food stations, busses tables and assists with any guest inquiries. This individual exhibits a warm, friendly and professional demeanor at all times to further enhance the guest experience. What will you do? Set up club space prior to event and maintain cleanliness of space during event. Responsible for Club stations during service to include: keeping stations stocked, neat and clean; running food from kitchen/pantry; serving food; preparing coffee beverages. Address any guest questions or concerns, escalating to Supervisor as needed. Adhere to Department of Health food handling regulations and Company's alcohol service guidelines. Madison Club Server Assistants will also be assigned to work in The Loft; during non-club events, Madison Club Server Assistants may be assigned to work in Catering. What do you need to succeed?
