We pride ourselves on delivering polished, reliable staff who elevate every event. Position Overview: We are seeking experienced Fine Dining Bartenders and Servers to join our event team. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who excel in high-end, fast-paced environments and can adapt quickly to different venues and service styles while maintaining exceptional standards. Key Responsibilities: Provide white-glove service at upscale events, including plated dinners, buffets, and cocktail receptions Prepare and serve premium cocktails, wine, and beverages with accuracy and consistency Execute proper fine dining service techniques (tray service, synchronized service, wine presentation, etc.) Maintain a professional and polished appearance at all times Set up and break down event spaces, including bars and dining areas Anticipate guest needs and deliver attentive, discreet service Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations Represent the agency with professionalism and reliability at every assignment Qualifications: 2+ years of fine dining, banquet, or upscale catering experience Strong knowledge of wine service, classic cocktails, and formal dining etiquette Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays Excellent communication and customer service skills Reliable transportation to various event locations Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays up to X lbs TIPS or equivalent alcohol certification preferred Preferred Qualifications: Experience with high-volume events and luxury clientele Bartending experience with craft cocktails and premium spirits Familiarity with event flow and banquet service standards Compensation & Perks: Competitive hourly pay + tips (varies by event) Flexible scheduling - choose the events that fit your availability Opportunity to work exclusive, high-end events and venues Networking opportunities within the hospitality industry
