Sodexo is seeking a skilled and dedicated Executive Chef 3 to lead our culinary operations at OU Medical Center located in Oklahoma City, OK . This key leadership role is responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional quality, safety, and compliance with healthcare standards, with a strong focus on enhancing the patient dining experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, bring innovative ideas, and possess extensive experience in catering, with fine-dining hospitality experience preferred. What You'll Do: implement and standardize all culinary systems and procedures for hospital; manage, direct, and mentor frontline staff; procurement and purchasing; create menus based on client needs; implement innovative and fresh ideas in retail, catering, and patient services; create interpersonal relationships with client. What You Bring: a strong culinary background with the ability to produce and present a high quality standard of food; menu planning experience and a strong understanding of current culinary trends strong management skills and experience; proficient computer skills, highly organized, and detail-focused; a proven ability to set up processes, create efficiencies, and solve problems with little to no direction; ServSafe Certified with proven working knowledge of HAACP; and/or; C.E.C.
