Follow hiring processes for all employees according to mandatory guidelines. Complete all new hire paperwork/onboarding according to necessary deadlines Train employees professionally and profitably by applying Via 313 policies and procedures Identify areas of improvement and provide one-on-one mentoring. Administer and document verbal warnings, write-ups, and performance improvement action plans. Demonstrate experienced knowledge of all menu items Lead monthly meetings with all employees Troubleshoot store profitability by monitoring daily and weekly sales and cost control figures.
