EXECUTIVE CHEF ON FIRE! FINE DINING, LIVE FIRE- NATIONAL SEARCH The ideal CHEF candidate will have experience cooking over live fire in a fine dining environment. E xperience working in a MICHELIN STAR environment OR being/working with a James Beard restaurant or Chef is ideal! ability to manage Food & Labor Costs.
