Start the New Year off with a new career adventure! Join our Banquets team as an On Call Banquets Server at the Grand Hyatt Seattle! On-Call Banquet Servers will assist the Banquet Leadership Team in ensuring the set up of Event Functions at the hotel, providing food and drink service, and working as a team to clean up and breakdown when the event concludes. This may include linen and table setting, food station design, and beverage service. Other duties include general banquet preparation, room refreshes, and maintaining a sanitary environment. This position requires strong personalized and friendly customer service. The hourly rate range for this position is $16.66/hour to $16.99/hour. The starting rate for this position is $16.66/hour. This position also has an established rate for colleagues who remain in the position for four years, which is $16.99/hour. This position earns additional compensation through automatic service charges applied to banquet functions offering food & beverage. 16.5% of the taxable 25% service charge goes to the banquet service team and captains, 14% of the 16.5% goes to the banquet team.
