Job Summary: Responsible for shared preparation of all meals. Maintain proper sanitation practices of all aspects of food preparation. Flexible hours and wages depending on experience.
Required Duties and Responsibilities:
o Prepare meals incorporating portion control procedures utilizing menus and recipes assigned by the Chef/Supervisor.
o Prepare food and assist in serving of meals.
o Maintain cleanliness of equipment used in food preparation area.
o Prepare for serving refreshments or special meals or events.
o Specially assigned cleaning tasks as scheduled.
o Must be adaptable, dependable and willing to assist other dietary personnel when necessary.

Qualifications:
o Must demonstrate leadership.
o Must be aware of the condition of equipment and dietary area. Advise the manager of items needing maintenance or attention.
o Must demonstrate an interest and desire to learn the uses of mechanical equipment in obtaining maximum efficiency.
- Able to lift 50#, push and pull carts
o Must be willing to perform repetitive tasks.
o Be available to work weekends and holidays as necessary
Compensation details: 14-14.75 Hourly Wage
