We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience. The ideal candidate will bring a strong sense of leadership, exceptional customer service, and a passion for hospitality to create a welcoming atmosphere that exceeds guest expectations. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Hire, train, and manage a team of servers, chefs, and other staff. Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative environment. Customer Service: Ensure the highest level of customer service at all times, quickly addressing any issues and ensuring guest satisfaction. Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff schedules, and ensuring a clean, safe environment. Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, monitor inventory, and work with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing. Review financial performance and strive to meet revenue and profit targets. Menu Development: Work with chefs and kitchen staff to create and maintain an exciting and balanced menu that meets our high standards. Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure all health and safety regulations are met, maintaining a safe environment for guests and staff. Qualifications: Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team. Customer Focus: Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage customer feedback and complaints effectively. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Problem Solving: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations. Knowledge of Health & Safety Regulations: Familiarity with health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
