Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring excellence in culinary execution.
- Oversee daily kitchen activities, including food preparation, production, and presentation.
- Supervise, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and high performance.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Monitor and manage kitchen inventory, food costs, and waste control.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate on menu development and seasonal offerings.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Sous Chef in a fine dining or Michelin-starred restaurant.
