Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute menu concepts for both the à la carte restaurant and large-scale private events, including weddings.

- Recruit, train, and motivate a talented culinary team to excel in execution and maintain a hospitable atmosphere.
- Partner with event coordinators to craft custom catering menus that align with client expectations and venue reputation.
- Monitor food costs, drive profitability, and establish relationships with premium suppliers for optimal ingredient sourcing.
- Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and ensure that health codes are consistently met.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of Executive Chef or senior-level leadership experience, including high-volume service.
