Our client is searching for a passionate leader, culinary expert, and team builder to join our venue leadership team as a Kitchen Manager. In this role, you'll oversee all aspects of kitchen operations-from ensuring top-tier food quality to optimizing efficiency, managing inventory, and controlling labor costs. You'll be the key driver in creating amazing guest experiences while fostering a culture of growth, safety, and excellence among your team. Success in this position comes from developing people, delivering unforgettable meals, and maintaining strong financial discipline to maximize profitability.
Kitchen Manager duties include:
- Monitor and manage inventory
- Maintain food cost efficiency
- Ensure optimal staffing levels by hiring and scheduling top-tier kitchen talent
- Lead core menu and LTO rollouts
- Maintain and enforce exceptional food quality standards
- Ensure a safe, clean, and organized kitchen environment
- Coach team on recipe adherence, portion control, and efficiency
- Monitor ticket times, ensuring timely, high-quality service
- Conduct regular line checks, temperature logs, and coaching sessions
- Lead by example, fostering strong communication and collaboration
- Host daily shift meetings and team huddles to keep everyone informed and motivated
Kitchen Manager candidates must possess:
- 3+ years of Kitchen Management experience in a high-volume restaurant or entertainment venue
- ServSafe Certification & local health permits
- A positive, coachable, and team-first mindset
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Able to work nights, weekends and holidays
- A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
