Responsibilities

• Leading our front of house through pre-shift & service
• Bar prep
• Beverage menu execution and innovation
• Providing excellent service to guests
• Supporting the front of house team
• Handling payment transactions accurately using the POS while ensuring proper accounting of all sales
• Monitoring guest consumption of alcohol responsibly and adhering to all regulations regarding alcohol service
• Assisting in training new staff members on bartending techniques and customer service standards

Skills

• Strong knowledge of mixology, beverage preparation, and presentation
• Excellent customer service skills
• Restaurant math skills for handling cash transactions and closeout paperwork
• Familiarity with POS systems to process orders and payments accurately
• Ability to lead and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Strong communication and organization skills
