Night Cook

Work as a member of the Galley Department onboard a commercial fishing vessel, preparing and cooking a variety of meals and food options for vessel crews over 130 people. Contracts are seasonal with options to work between seasons in the shipyard, based on rotation availability.

Preferred candidates will Have:

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Cook on a commercial fishing vessel.
• Current Food Protection Manager certification, such as ServSafe, meeting ANAB-CFP/ANSI accreditation and/or:
• Alaska Food Worker card or the ability to obtain one, through the Alaska DEC website, with company paid testing link.
