Job Description
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the preparation and cooking of all sauted menu items. He is assigned at the Saut Area in the kitchen and is also tasked to keeping his area always clean and ready for use.
1. Prepares the work station for the shifts operation.
2. Assists the Head Cook in completing the production process.
3. Prepares and cooks all sauteed menu items ordered by guests.
4. Maintains a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.
5. Closes and cleans the station to prepare for the next shift.
6. Perform other related duties that may be assigned by the MOD or Head Cook from time to time.
