You'll be instrumental in maintaining exceptional service standards while driving financial performance and developing team members. What You'll Do Drive Daily Operations: Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, maintaining our high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and organization Lead Financial Performance: Manage P&L components, control food and labor costs, and drive top-line sales while meeting budgeted expectations Develop High-Performing Teams: Train, coach, and mentor team members; create development plans and conduct performance evaluations Ensure Exceptional Guest Experience: Resolve customer concerns with flawless recovery, create a welcoming atmosphere, and build brand loyalty Maintain Standards: Enforce company policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and uphold safety, sanitation, and security standards Support Marketing Initiatives: Execute promotions, special events, and represent the brand at local events Requirements 2+ years experience as FOH Manager or Assistant General Manager at a stand-alone, full-service casual dining restaurant with $2M+ annual volume Must eat and enjoy seafood Strong business/financial acumen with proven P&L management experience Demonstrated success managing food and labor costs to target High school diploma Ability to reliably commute to South Houston Metro location Available to work 50-55 hours per week Preferred Experience (Not Required) Seafood cuisine experience Track record of developing and promoting team members to leadership positions Experience with restaurant management software and POS systems Why Work with Patrice and Associates of Freeport Patrice and Associates is the region's trusted recruiting partner, specializing in connecting top talent with exceptional career opportunities.
