Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious meals according to our menu and recipes. Your expertise in food preparation and handling will contribute to the overall dining experience for our customers. Responsibilities - Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices - Cook food items according to recipes and menu specifications - Monitor food quality and ensure proper presentation - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines - Collaborate with the culinary team to plan and execute menu items - Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed - Maintain a clean and organized work area Experience - Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role - Knowledge of various cooking techniques and methods - Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils - Ability to follow recipes accurately - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent time management skills If you have a passion for culinary arts and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
