Something Extraordinary Every Day As our Apartment Host, you will be involved in both the operations of our private clienteling space ("the Apartment") and the initiatives of the Private Client Services team. You will act as host and greet VIPs and High Net Worth Individuals, offering a five-star hospitality experience to guests of the Village. . What you will be doing Planning the guest's itinerary efficiently, as directed by the Senior Hospitality Manager. Greeting and assisting guests at designated key touch-points within the Village. Acting as host and offering a warm and luxury-focused welcome, including concierge services, food & beverage offerings and hospitality duties. Anticipating, interpreting and responding to the expressed and unexpressed needs of visiting guests, in an effortless and efficient manner. Providing knowledgeable insights on all brands and the unique offers and promotions within the Village. Promoting a range of value-added services such as hands-free shopping, valet parking and gift cards. Being familiar with all Village operational policies & procedures and executing them seamlessly on the guests' behalf. Maintaining effective communication with all related departments to ensure smooth service. Responding to guest requests for special arrangements (e.g. transportation, restaurant reservations, etc.). Anticipating operational needs and providing the respective support; identifying any key areas of concern during a shift (e.g. maintenance of facilities). Proactively gathering feedback & suggestions from guests and reporting them to the management. Engaging in, and supporting, Hospitality initiatives within the Village to surprise & delight our guests. Aiming to improve the services of the Apartment and storytelling of the products, (e.g. food & beverage), in partnership with the Senior Hospitality Manager. Proactively building and maintaining relationships with brands and researching their key products, price point, target market, history and value. Maintaining a close partnership with the wider Hospitality team and providing coverage, as needed. To be successful with us, you'll have: Experience in Guest Relations/Concierge/Front of House in a luxury environment, including hotel, retail, hospitality and events sectors. Demonstrated genuine desire and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional 5-star guest experience and hospitality. Experience in the full end-to-end guest journey, from bookings to hosting and follow-up. Strong cultural awareness to best manage the expectations of guests from diverse countries. Computer literacy, with high proficiency in Microsoft Office. A well-mannered demeanor, always maintaining a high level of professionalism. Capability to think creatively on your feet, live in the moment and provide flexible and innovative solutions to daily challenges and opportunities. Ability to react quickly, while remaining calm, under pressure. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a flexible approach. A discerning eye for detail. Demonstrated ability to lead by being engaging, proactive and informative. Ability to assist in projects and to work effectively within a team, as well as act autonomously. Fluency in English; any other language would be beneficial, especially Spanish, Mandarin or Arabic. Flexibility to work on a shift pattern basis, including weekends and federal holidays.
